So, the last sentence of my first article was about my life in London, and more especially about my arrival in London ! I was at Victoria station and went to my appartment with Body and Rozenn ...
But before explaining my new life in my apartment, I just want to point out if i write in English there is a resaon. Not only because I speak the language all the day but also because my workmates asked me to write my blog in English so they can understand what I wil be narrating!!! Therefore I've promessed to make an effort for them and here I am doing it !
Anyway, this article is dedicated on how it feels sharing an appartment which is in my opinion, a very important point of my experience in London. I live in the East of London, in the second zone between two undergroung stations Bethnal Green ( located on the Central line) and Whitechapel (on the District Line).
For people who know a litte about London, I know you will be thinking of Jack The Ripper... So just for the story, it was on this place, Jack The Ripper was murdering his victims. So when I tell anyone that I live in Whitechapel.. I get the same reaction: "Whouuuuu Jack The Ripper !" Conclusion: I live in Bethnal Green !!!
Well, i think it's time to speak about my apartment. It was really a very great surprise when I saw it...
even if the appearance form outside is dodgy (as my collegues will say) quite strange you even get all the time, in the morning, afternoon and in the evening this smell of curry, guys I am no joking, this is due to the hundreds of curry house/restaurant in the area !
Despite that, it is a very nice place which is composed of 4 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom !
I think that is it important to say that i am really lucky to live in a place like that because you can end up finding anything and everyhing for an accommodation , the best to the worst...
But the funny part of sharing an appartment is the life with your roommates !
In the flat which I am sharing I have at this moment 3 flatmates. They are Sofia and Sofia (and I am not joking, it is true !) who are 2 French girls from Besancon they are also taking their internship here in London. And I just can say that they are really nice and crazy !
My other flatmate is Rozenn which is also an ECE student !
I think that I don't have to emphasize to you how much she is funny and lovely !
For me, life with roommates is amazing and you have to live that once in your lifetime at least. I believe that it's very good for your open-minded and my experience makes me rich.
To finish about this subject, I think you just have to do some efforts and pay attention for your flatmates... My life in apartment sharing can be reduced on some words: discovery, fits of the giggles, nice dinners (thank you roro^^) and parties !
If have to resume it on one sentence it would be: just do it !!! ( just to reminder Nike power on our motivation^^)

Mais avant d’expliquer ma nouvelle vie dans mon nouvel appartement, je tiens juste a préciser pour quoi j’écris mon blog en Anglais car je
peux l’expliquer ! Ce n’est pas seulement parce que je parle cette langue quotidiennement, mais car mes collègues m’ont demandé de rédiger mon blog en anglais afin qu’ils puissent comprendre ce
que je raconte ! Ayant donc promis de faire un effort, je rédige donc a partir de maintenant mon blog en anglais et en français !
Bref, cet article est dédie a la colocation qui est selon moi un point très important de mon expérience a Londres. Je vis a l’Est de Londres,
en zone 2, entre les stations de métro Bethnal Green (Central line) et Whitechapel (Disctric Line).
Pour les gens qui connaissent un peu Londres, je sais que vous êtes en train de penser a Jack L’Eventreur… Donc pour l’histoire, c’était
dans ce quartier que Jack L’Eventreur tuait ses victimes. Donc quand je dis a n’importe quelle personne que je vis a Whitechapel, la réaction est toujours la même… “Whouuuu Jack L’Eventreur!”
Conclusion: Je vis a Bethnal Green !!!
Bon, je pense qu’il est temps de parler de mon appartement. Cela a été une
grande surprise pour moi quand je l’ai vu pour la première fois…
Même si l’apparence extérieure fait un peu étrange, on peut toujours sentir cette odeur de curry a n’importe quel moment de la journée a cause
des centaines de maisons et de restaurants localises dans le quartier
qui utilisent cet ingrédient pour cuisiner, ce qui fait en quelque sorte son "charme" !
En plus de ce détail, mon appartement est un très bel endroit compose de 4chambres, un salon, une cuisine et une salle de bain ! Je pense
qu’il est important de souligner que je suis particulièrement chanceuse de vivre dans un lieu comme celui-ci car a Londres, on peut trouver tout type d’appartement, du meilleur au
pire…
Mais la partie amusante de la colocation est la vie avec les colocataires!
Pour le moment, je partage mon appartement avec 3 personnes. Il y a Sofia et Sofia (je ne rigole pas elles s’appellent toutes les 2 comme
ca!) qui sont 2 françaises de Besançon effectuant un stage a Londres. Et je dirais juste a leur sujet qu’elles sont gentilles et folles !
Mon autre colocataire est Rozenn qui est également une étudiante de l’ECE ! Et je ne pense pas qu’il soit nécessaire que je vous précise a
quel point elle est amusante et adorable …
Pour clore ce sujet, je pense que dans toute colocation, il faut faire un certain nombre d’efforts et faire attention au bien-être de ses
colocataires. Ma vie en colocation peut être réduite en quelque mots: découverte, fous rires, bons repas (merci Roro ^^) et fiestas !
Si je devais résumer tout ceci en une seule et unique phrase je dirais : just do it! (ce qui nous rappelle le pouvoir que Nike possède sur
notre motivation !)
